Client Policies & Important Information

Welcome! To ensure every client enjoys a smooth, safe, and beautiful experience, please take a moment to review the policies below. These guidelines help protect both your time and mine, and allow me to serve you with excellence, clarity, and care.

Booking & Availability

• Sunday: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Monday–Friday: 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Saturday: Closed for Shabbat.  (No sessions, no communication, no editing. Thank you for respecting my day of rest.)

Sessions are available by appointment only.

To guarantee availability, early booking is recommended—especially for seasonal sessions, newborn sessions, and weddings.

Payment & Retainer Policy

A non-refundable retainer is required at the time of booking to reserve your session date.

Your remaining balance is due according to the session type below.

This retainer protects both your time and mine and ensures your date is officially held on my calendar.

Your session is not officially booked until this retainer is paid.

Portrait Sessions (Extended, Deluxe)

• 30% retainer due at booking ($90.00)
•  Remaining balance due on the day of the session ($210.00)

Session Details — Extended Session

Extended Session

• $300 
• 2 hours (includes drive time from location to location) 

Includes:

– 25–40 edited images

– Multiple outfits (Clients provides)

– 1–2 locations 

Rescheduling Policy

Life happens — I get it.

Sessions may be rescheduled once at no additional fee in the case of:

• Severe weather

• Illness

• Emergency situations

Important:

• Retainers remain non-refundable.

• Retainer will transfer to your new date if you reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice.

• Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice result in loss of the full session payment.

Cancellation Policy

• Retainers are non-refundable under any circumstances.

• Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled session result in forfeiture of the full session fee.

Session Guidelines

• Please arrive on time to ensure you receive your full session.
• If you arrive late, your session time will be shortened to accommodate other bookings.
• No refund or additional time will be given for late arrivals.

Delivery Timeline

• Edited images will be delivered digitally within 1–2 weeks (depending on session type).

Editing & Image Style

By booking a session, you acknowledge:

• You are familiar with my editing style

• You trust my artistic vision

• You understand that images will be edited in my signature style (color, tone, contrast, mood)

RAW (unedited) files are not released under any circumstance.

Additional retouching may be available upon request for a fee.

Model Release

Unless you request otherwise, Phrozen Photography may use select images for:

• Portfolio

• Social media

• Website

• Advertising

If you prefer your images not be used publicly, just let me know — I always respect your privacy.

Weather & Outdoor Sessions

For outdoor sessions, I will monitor weather closely. In the event of rain, storms, or unsafe conditions:

• Sessions may be rescheduled

• Retainer transfers to the new date

• No extra fees for weather rescheduling

Liability

Phrozen Photography is not responsible for:

• Medical complications

• Restricted access by staff or facility

• Weather limitations

• Client or guest behavior

• Lost, damaged, or stolen personal items

I always work safely and respectfully, but cannot assume liability for circumstances outside my control.
