PET PORTRAIT SESSION CONTRACT & POLICIES
This Pet Portrait Photography Agreement (“Agreement”) is made between Phrozen Photography
(“Photographer”) and the undersigned Client (“Client”). By booking and submitting payment, the Client
agrees to the following terms:

• Sunday: 6:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Monday–Friday: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Unavailable — Shabbat
From Friday at 12:00 AM (midnight) to Saturday at 11:59 PM, the Photographer:
• Does not work
• Does not travel
• Does not communicate
• Does not photograph sessions
Saturday sessions are not available.

1. RETAINER & PAYMENT TERMS
A 30% non-refundable retainer is required at booking. ($36.00)
No session date is reserved until the retainer is received.
Remaining balance is due the day before or the day of the session. ($84.00)
All payments are non-refundable except under the Emergency Clause.
2. SESSION DETAILS — PET PORTRAIT SESSION
Photographer will provide a 30–60 minute pet portrait session. Coverage includes:
• Individual pet portraits
• Optional photos with owner/family
• Light posing and natural candid moments
• One outdoor location in Ozark/Springfield
• 10–20 professionally edited images
Private online gallery delivered within 1–2 weeks.
3. PET SAFETY & BEHAVIOR
Client agrees:
• Pets must be under owner control at all times.
• Aggressive behavior must be disclosed before booking.
• Photographer may end session early if pet shows unsafe behavior.
• Client is responsible for securing collars, leashes, harnesses, etc.
4. LIABILITY & SAFETY
Photographer is not responsible for:
• Injuries to pets or humans during the session
• Damages caused by the pet• Lost or runaway pets
• Environmental hazards at outdoor locations
5. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
Client agrees to:
• Arrive on time
• Bring treats, toys, water, and cleanup bags
• Ensure the pet is groomed and prepared
• Choose a location where photography is permitted
6. COPYRIGHT & USAGE
Photographer retains all copyrights. Client receives personal-use rights. Photographer will not publicly
share images without Client permission.
7. SHABBAT AVAILABILITY POLICY
Photographer observes Shabbat and is unavailable from Friday 12:00 AM to Saturday 11:59 PM. No
sessions, travel, or communication occur during this time.
8. EMERGENCY CLAUSE
If Photographer experiences illness, injury, or emergency:
• Client receives full refund OR (not including the non refundable retainer fee)
• A rescheduled session (if available)
This is the sole remedy.
9. CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING
Retainers are non-refundable. One weather/illness reschedule allowed. Additional reschedules may
require a new retainer.
10. AGREEMENT ACCEPTANCE
By paying the retainer, the Client acknowledges acceptance of all terms.
