SIMPLE WEDDING COLLECTION CONTRACT & POLICIES

This Wedding Photography Agreement (“Agreement”) is made between Phrozen Photography

(“Photographer”) and the undersigned Client (“Client”). By booking and submitting payment, the Client

agrees to the following terms:

Booking & Availability

Standard Availability

• Sunday: 6:00 AM – 7:00 PM

• Monday–Friday: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM

• Saturday: Unavailable for Shabbat

No work, no travel, and no communication from Friday at 12:00 AM to Saturday at 11:59 PM.

Thank you for respecting my day of rest.

Weddings Scheduled on Sundays or Weekdays

Phrozen Photography does not book Saturday weddings due to Shabbat observance.

1. RETAINER & PAYMENT TERMS

• A 40% non-refundable retainer ($320) is required at booking. 
• The remaining balance ($480) is due no later than 14 days before the wedding date.
•  No date is reserved until the retainer is paid. 
• All payments are non-refundable except under the Emergency Clause.

2. PACKAGE DETAILS — SIMPLE WEDDING COLLECTION

Photographer will provide up to 4 hours of continuous wedding coverage. Coverage includes:

• Ceremony coverage

• Couple portraits

• Family and group photos

• Detail photography (rings, bouquet, décor, venue)

A minimum of 150 professionally edited images will be delivered within 3–4 weeks. Sneak peeks maybe delivered within 72 hours.

3. PHOTOGRAPHER STYLE

Photographer provides a blend of guided posing and natural candid storytelling. RAW or unedited files

will not be provided. Photographer retains complete creative discretion.

4. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

Client agrees to:

• Communicate all timeline changes

• Ensure photography is allowed at all venues

• Provide a family/group photo list prior to the event

• Arrive on time to preserve coverage hours

5. LIMITATIONS OF COVERAGE

Photographer is not liable for:

• Venue or officiant restrictions

• Missed moments due to late arrivals or schedule issues

• Weather or lighting limitations

• Uncooperative individuals

6. DELIVERY OF IMAGES

Images will be delivered via private online gallery. edited images will be delivered within 3–4 weeks.

7. COPYRIGHT & USAGE

Photographer retains all copyrights. Client receives personal-use rights to print and share images.

Images will not be posted publicly without Client permission.

8. SHABBAT AVAILABILITY POLICY

Photographer observes Shabbat and is unavailable from Friday at 12:00 AM (midnight) through

Saturday at 11:59 PM. This includes no work, no travel, and no communication. Photographer does

NOT book Saturday weddings. Friday weddings must conclude before Shabbat begins.

9. EMERGENCY CLAUSE

In case of Photographer illness, injury, or unavoidable emergency:

• Client will receive a full refund OR

• Photographer may provide a qualified replacement (if available)

This is the sole remedy.

10. LIABILITY

Photographer is not responsible for:

• Accidents or injuries during coverage

• Equipment malfunction beyond reasonable control

• Missed opportunities due to unpredictable circumstances

11. CANCELLATION POLICY

All retainers are non-refundable. Canceling after booking forfeits all payments. If the wedding is

postponed, the retainer may transfer to a new available date (excluding Saturdays).

12. AGREEMENT ACCEPTANCE

Client acknowledges full understanding and acceptance of all terms by paying the retainer.
