HOLIDAY CARD MINI SESSION CONTRACT & POLICIES

This Holiday Card Mini Session Agreement (“Agreement”) is made between Phrozen Photography

(“Photographer”) and the undersigned Client (“Client”). By booking and submitting payment, the Client

agrees to the following legally binding terms:

1. Booking & Availability

Available

• Sunday: 6:00 AM – 7:00 PM

• Monday–Friday: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Unavailable — Shabbat

From Friday at 12:00 AM (midnight) to Saturday at 11:59 PM, the Photographer:

• Does not work

• Does not travel

• Does not communicate

• Does not photograph sessions

Saturday sessions are not available.

Thank you for respecting my day of rest.

1. RETAINER & PAYMENT TERMS

• A 30% non-refundable retainer ($25.50) is required at booking.
•  No session date or time is reserved until the retainer is received. 
• The remaining balance ($59.50) is due the day before or the day of the session.  
• All payments are non-refundable except under the Emergency Clause.

2. SESSION DETAILS — HOLIDAY CARD MINI SESSION

Photographer will provide a 30-minute Holiday Card Mini Session. Coverage includes:

• Family, couples, kids, or individual portraits

• Light posing and natural candid moments

• One outdoor or holiday-themed location

• 5–10 professionally edited images

Final gallery delivered within 5–7 days.

3. PHOTOGRAPHER STYLE

Photographer provides guided posing with a warm, storytelling style. RAW or unedited images will not

be provided. Photographer retains full creative discretion over posing, editing, lighting, and final image

selection.

4. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

Client agrees to:

• Arrive on time and ready

• Ensure all participants are prepared and cooperative

• Bring personal props if desired

• Communicate any specific requests prior to the session

• Understand that sessions are booked back-to-back and late arrivals reduce shooting time

5. LATE ARRIVAL POLICY

Sessions are scheduled back-to-back during holiday minis. If the Client arrives late:

• Session time will be shortened to end at the scheduled time

• No refunds or discounts will be given for reduced shooting time

6. DELIVERY OF IMAGES

Images are delivered through a private online gallery. Delivery timeframe is 5–7 days.

7. COPYRIGHT & USAGE

Photographer retains all copyrights. Client receives personal-use rights to download, print, and share

images. Photographer will not publicly share images without Client consent.

8. SHABBAT AVAILABILITY POLICY

Photographer observes Shabbat and is unavailable from Friday at 12:00 AM (midnight) to Saturday at

11:59 PM. During this period:

• No work

• No travel

• No communication

Saturday sessions are unavailable. Holiday minis must be scheduled Sunday–Friday only.

9. EMERGENCY CLAUSE

If Photographer becomes ill, injured, or experiences an unavoidable emergency:

• Client will be offered a rescheduled session, OR

• Client may receive a full refund

This is the sole remedy.

10. WEATHER POLICY

Outdoor Holiday Minis may be rescheduled due to severe weather. Light cold, clouds, or overcast skies

do not qualify for rescheduling.

11. CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING

All retainers are non-refundable. One weather or illness reschedule is allowed. Additional reschedules

may require a new retainer.

12. AGREEMENT ACCEPTANCE

By paying the retainer, the Client acknowledges full understanding and acceptance of all terms in this

Agreement.
